The last thing we should do is panic... we just had a bad day. We looked rusty, hopefully we will be right for the 2nd ODI having put this behind us.

Chigumbura was okay, not great but not bad. Price had a shocker, no line and length with a wide every second delivery. Chibhabha for the umpteenth time showed that he can't bowl to save himself at international level, Utseya was much like Price except without the wides. Cremer looked the best of all the bowlers, I thought he was pitching it a bit too full though - and he was brought on at a time when the game was sealed.

Sounds good to be, by dropping a batsman it may make the batsman take more responsibility

3 CHANGES IN THE SIDE. IT'S NEEDED AFTER THE BAD LOSS AGAINST BANGLADESH

IN: Waller, Mupariwa, Rainsford

OUT: Matsikenyeri, Chibhabha, Cremer

1. Hamilton Masakadza

2. Mark Vermeulen

3. Sean Williams

4. Brendan Taylor (WK)

5. Charles Coventry

6. Malcolm Waller

7. Elton Chigumbura

8. Prosper Utseya (C)

9. Raymond Price

10. Tawanda Mupariwa

11. Edward Rainsford

- Sean Williams must be at no 3.

- Two frontline pacers are really needed. Nothing in the pitch for the spinners.

I totally aggree with that side, I dont think there is room for 3 spinners on the queens sports club pitch we need to have a balance of seam and spin, Rainsford should always play when fit he is in my opinion the best seam bowler we have on his day.

I am still very dissapointed that Mutizwa did not make the sqaud, he is an attacking player and has been in awesome form, he would have been ideal down the order to take the attack to the bangladeshi spinners

Agree...Mutizwa should be in the side. If he was selected, I would give him a chance and have a look at his batting. I don't think that it's too late to do. Mutizwa has done well Bangladesh in the tour match. He should be brought back/added in the squad.
Well, it was expected that Bangladesh may go with the same combination. Just got the final news:
