Opening post

How do you keep Chigumbura out of the game? :D
ZCF Hall of Famer
I bet that's what the Kenyans are asking themselves.

Cremer into the attack now to finish off the tail... err, I mean middle and lower order :P
ZCF Hall of Famer
cremer strikes
ZCF Hall of Famer
Figures of 1/4 from 3 overs, fantastic.
ZCF Hall of Famer
who would you have as your player of the series so far cremer or chigumbura its a close call
ZCF Hall of Famer
cremer gets his second
ZCF Hall of Famer
He gets his man!

30.2 Cremer to Obuya, OUT, flatter on middle and he goes across to sweep and he misses and his stumps are down

CO Obuya b Cremer 14 (14b 2x4 0x6) SR: 100.00

That's what you get for hitting Cremer for a four, Mr Obuya.
Mutizwa has been nothing short of a revelation in his short ODI career so far. It makes you wonder how guys like Mujuru and Ngulube might fair if given an opportunity.

Ah! Back from watching an epic Aussie Open final where Nadal (my favorite :)) won, and here I see Cremer and Utseya have almost finished off any chances of a Kenyan win :D

Or Chakabva, who made 41 on debut only to get dropped thereafter. Gotta feel sorry for Chakabva at the moment, because Mutizwa's form has probably meant he has leapfrogged Chakabva to the position of backup wicket keeper... or at the rate he's going and Taibu's absence, "first choice" wicket keeper :o
ZCF Hall of Famer
Both Cremer and Utseya have gone for few in their last overs, but it's too late to help the Kenyans, I suspect.

Mutizwa I think has secured his place in the side for a while, especially if Taibu's gone AWOL. He's certainly made the most of his chance to impress...

40.1 Cremer to Bhudia, OUT, he is out-done by a beauty of a delivery that spun a lot to take off stump

RL Bhudia b Cremer 8 (8b 1x4 0x6) SR: 100.00

Another one to Cremer, who has now taken 11 wickets for the series. :W: :W: :W: :D

Chigumbura, Utseya, Mutizwa and Cremer have been absolutely outstanding in this series, with remarkable contributions in every single match. With one match to go, it is going to get really difficult to pick a player of the series (or even 3 out of these 4 + Masakadza).

brmtaylor.com admin, do you have any plans of extending the limit of voting from 3 to 5? ;)

By the way, Pricey and Mpofu haven't done much wrong either...
creamers last over and he strikes again. i am gld he has been given a chance to shine finally!!!
ZCF Hall of Famer
now price gets in on the act, he has steady in this series rather than spectacular but i suppose he cannot do it every time
ZCF Hall of Famer
He's been more expensive than usual, 6 wickets at 26.16 at 4.64 runs an over.

It's still a good return, our second leading wicket taker behind Cremer. I guess it's just unlucky for him that at times he has been brought on when the Kenyans have nothing to lose, so they throw their bat at everything.

It seems that i've missed rather a lot of the action today

I guess from the scoreboard that you guys must have been a little concerned when Waller was out, it just shows that if you can get a minimum of 4 batsmen firing at the same time you must be odds on to win. The batting hat seems to have had a couple more rabbits pulled out of it today, well done to Utseya and Mutizwa, again, for taking the pressure and seeing the side to a good total.

Cremer seems to like this ODI stuff and Chigumbura seems pretty keen as well although our Pricey appears to be getting some stick for once, looks like a really good effort from Obanda though.

4-0 so far, can't complain about that :D

gone all over chigumbura gets his best bowling figures of 4/28 :W: :W: :W: :W: :W: :W: :W:
ZCF Hall of Famer
And then denied, courtesy of Chigumbura's 4th wicket. 4/28 is Chigumbura's best bowling performance in an ODI. So a 67 run win to Zimbabwe, and once again the top performers were Utseya, Chigumbura, Cremer and Mutizwa.

This ZCF player of the series poll will be very difficult, they are all so deserving.
